Experience:
Bachelor's/Master's degree in Environmental Science from a recognized university.
Professional certification in ISO 9001:QMS, ISO 14001: EMS, ISO 45001:OH&S or a related field will be an added advantage
Experience:
Minimum 03 years of relevant experience in HSE, preferably within the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry
Skills:
Familiarity with industry databases and sources of pharmaceutical warehouse data
Strong knowledge of HSE management systems, occupational health & safety, environmental compliance and risk management
Good understanding of relevant Bangladesh labor, environmental, fire and occupational safety regulations
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder-management skills
Ability to work independently and effectively coordinate with cross-functional teams.
Strong report writing, documentation and presentation skills
Proactive approach with a strong commitment to workplace safety, environmental sustainability and continuous improvement

Job Responsibilities
Develop, implement and regularly review Health, Safety & Environmental (HSE) management plans, policies and procedures
Conduct HSE risk assessments, identify workplace hazards and implement appropriate preventive and corrective measures
Develop and deliver HSE training and awareness programs for employees and management to promote a strong safety culture
Develop and maintain emergency response plans, evacuation procedures, fire safety programs and emergency preparedness drills
Conduct regular HSE audits, inspections and compliance assessments and prepare reports with recommendations for management
Maintain accurate records of HSE incidents, accidents, near misses, inspections, audits, training and corrective actions
Collaborate with Operations, Maintenance, Engineering, HR and other departments to integrate HSE practices into daily operations
Implement rigorous Health, Safety and Environmental (HSE) procedures, MSDS, including safety drills and equipment training
Monitor HSE performance, analyze trends and implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance workplace safety and environmental performance
Liaise with government authorities and regulatory agencies, representing the organization during HSE inspections, audits and compliance matters
Develop and manage the HSE budget, ensuring cost-effective utilization of resources for safety initiatives, training, PPE, equipment and compliance requirements
