Job Context:

A leading plastic manufacturing and trading company is looking for a dynamic, experienced, and result-oriented Manager – Business Operations (Plastic Division) to oversee end-to-end business operations, subcontract production management, sales monitoring, and market expansion.

As the company operates through outsourced manufacturing (subcontract factories), the selected candidate will be responsible for monitoring and controlling all production activities from Head Office and through regular factory visits. The role requires strong coordination with subcontract factories to ensure product quality, timely delivery, cost control, and operational efficiency. The candidate will also support sales operations, market growth, and overall business development.

Job Responsibilities:

• Monitor and manage all subcontract factory production activities from Head Office.

• Conduct regular visits to subcontract factories to ensure production progress, quality control, and delivery compliance.

• Supervise outsourced production of uPVC Pipe & Fittings, Plastic Household Products, and Plastic Furniture.

• Ensure subcontract factories maintain company product specifications, standards, and quality requirements.

• Plan production schedules according to market demand and sales forecasts.

• Coordinate with subcontract factories regarding raw materials, production timelines, and delivery schedules.

• Monitor daily production status and take corrective actions to avoid delays.

• Ensure proper stock planning and finished goods delivery management.

• Control operational costs, minimize wastage, and improve efficiency.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with subcontract factories and vendors.

• Identify new subcontract manufacturing partners for business expansion.

• Monitor overall supply chain, logistics, and product movement.

• Supervise and monitor sales operations, sales team activities, and target achievements.

• Analyze market demand, customer feedback, and competitor activities.

• Support management in business expansion and operational strategy development.

• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly operational, production, and sales reports for management review.

• Ensure discipline, compliance, and implementation of company policies across operations.
