Responsibilities & Context:
To develop, review and optimize production processes to improve productivity and reduce waste.
To analyze process data and identify opportunities for improvement.
To prepare and maintain process flow diagrams (PFD), process specifications and operating procedures.
To conduct root cause analysis (RCA) for process failures and implement corrective actions.
To monitor production performance, process parameters, and equipment efficiency.
To support new product introduction (NPI) and process validation activities.
To collaborate with production, quality, maintenance and R&D teams to resolve process issues.
To implement Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma and continuous improvement initiatives.
To ensure compliance with safety, quality, and environmental standards.
To develop process documentation, work instructions and technical reports.
To evaluate and recommend process equipment, tools, and technology improvements.
To support cost reduction projects through process optimization.
To train operators and production staff on improved processes and procedures.
