Excellent Excel knowledge of:
VLOOKUP, XLOOKUP, INDEX-MATCH.
IF, SUMIFS, COUNTIFS, TEXT and DATE functions.
Pivot Tables & Pivot Charts.
Conditional Formatting & Data Validation.
Charts, Dashboards and MIS Reporting.
Responsibilities & Context:
To manage and monitor distribution expenses within budget.
To ensure accurate stock levels for distribution and work closely with the inventory management team.
To ensure all distribution activities comply with safety, quality and regulatory standards.
To optimize delivery routes and logistics efficiency.
To ensure on-time delivery of products to clients and distributors.
To prepare and issue delivery challans by ensuring accuracy and adherence to company procedures.
To facilitate urgent product dispatch through courier services.
To check sales order, quantities, item, rate & mode of transport.
To analyses logistic & distribution expenses and identify opportunities for cost savings.
To conduct rent analysis for both Rental Transport and Courier Services
To implement different policies by provided guidelines.
