• Age 25 to 35 years
• Only Male

1. Quality Inspection & Process Control

• Ensure product quality at all stages including:

  • Raw material receiving

  • In-process production

  • Finished goods inspection and delivery

• Conduct quality inspections, process monitoring and testing to ensure products meet approved specifications and customer requirements.

• Verify production activities comply with approved SOPs, work instructions and quality standards.

• Identify quality defects and ensure timely corrective action follow-up.

2. Quality Management System (QMS) & Compliance

• Maintain product and process quality standards in compliance with:

  • ISO 9001:2015 requirements

  • Company policies and procedures

  • SOPs and work instructions

  • Customer specifications and quality requirements

• Support implementation and maintenance of SSPPL Quality Management System (QMS).

• Ensure adherence to approved quality control procedures and operational standards.

3. Quality Documentation & Reporting

• Maintain and control all quality-related records and documents including:

  • Inspection Reports

  • Testing Records

  • Quality Checklists

  • Nonconformity Reports (NCR)

  • Corrective Action Reports

  • Quality Performance Reports

• Prepare and submit quality reports for management review and operational analysis.

• Ensure proper record retention and traceability of quality documents.

4. Continuous Improvement & Quality Enhancement

Contribute to operational excellence and quality improvement through:

• Defect identification and analysis

• Root cause analysis (RCA)

• Waste reduction initiatives

• Process control improvement

• Corrective and preventive action implementation

• Productivity and quality enhancement initiatives

• Continuous improvement and customer satisfaction programs
