Responsibilities & Context:
Oversee end-to-end tire manufacturing operations.
Develop and execute annual plant operating plans, strategies, and production schedules to align with corporate commercial goals.
Ensure strict compliance with global tire safety standards, OEM specifications, and quality certifications (e.g., ISO 9001, ISO 14001).
Collaborate with R&D and Quality Assurance to reduce scrap, rework, and waste across compounding, green tire handling, and curing stages.
Coordinate with Supply Chain and Procurement teams to maintain optimal raw material levels.
Manage finished goods inventory targets and streamline warehouse and logistics operations for timely dispatch.
Prepare, manage, and optimize the operational and CAPEX budgets for the plant.
Drive cost-reduction initiatives focusing on energy efficiency (steam and electrical power in curing), material yield improvement, and scrap minimization.
Ensure environmental compliance regarding chemical handling, emissions, dust collection, and waste disposal.
Any other task assigns by the senior Management.
