Job Context:

A leading food manufacturing and trading company is looking for a dynamic, experienced, and result-oriented Manager – Operations (Food Division) to oversee end-to-end business operations, subcontract production management, sales monitoring, and market expansion for Juice, Snacks, and Beverage products.

As the company operates through outsourced manufacturing (subcontract factories), the selected candidate will be responsible for monitoring and controlling all production activities from Head Office and through regular factory visits. The role requires strong coordination with subcontract factories to ensure product quality, food safety compliance, timely delivery, cost control, and smooth operational flow. The candidate will also support sales operations, market expansion, and overall business growth.

Job Responsibilities:

• Monitor and manage all subcontract food production activities from Head Office.

• Conduct regular visits to subcontract factories to supervise production progress, quality assurance, hygiene, and delivery schedules.

• Supervise outsourced production of Juice, Snacks, and Beverage products.

• Ensure subcontract factories follow company product specifications, quality standards, and food safety requirements.

• Plan production schedules based on market demand and sales forecasts.

• Coordinate with subcontract factories regarding raw material requirements, production timelines, and delivery plans.

• Monitor daily production status and ensure timely product delivery.

• Ensure compliance with BSTI, HACCP, GMP, ISO 22000, and food safety regulations.

• Monitor product quality, hygiene, and sanitation standards.

• Oversee stock planning, inventory control, and finished goods movement.

• Control operational costs, minimize wastage, and improve process efficiency.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with subcontract factories and vendors.

• Identify new subcontract manufacturing partners for product expansion.

• Monitor supply chain, logistics, and distribution activities.

• Supervise sales operations, monitor sales team performance, and ensure target achievement.

• Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer demand.

• Support management in product development, business expansion, and market growth strategies.

• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly operational, production, and sales reports for management review.

• Ensure discipline, compliance, and implementation of company policies across operations.
