Responsibilities & Context:
Develop and implement marketing and business development strategies to achieve sales targets.
Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients and key accounts.
Prepare quotations, negotiate pricing, and close commercial deals.
Coordinate with production, design, procurement, and logistics teams to ensure timely project execution.
Monitor production schedules, delivery commitments, and quality standards.
Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements.
Prepare sales forecasts, operational reports, and performance analyses.
Ensure efficient resource utilization and smooth operational workflow.
Lead, supervise, and motivate the marketing and operations teams.
