• Age: 25–40 years (Preferred).       
• Sound knowledge of factory asset management.       
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and ERP software.
• Strong analytical, reporting, and communication skills.       
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

• Prepare Delivery and logistics plans: coordinate Challn and Musok.

• Manage inventory, Production Planning, logistics, and delivery to ensure smooth operation.

• Monitor stock and inventory, reconcile mismatches & optimize materials & manpower utilization.

• Maintain accurate inventory, production & delivery records:  Prepare daily, monthly & annual reports.

• Approve purchase requisitions to ensure uninterrupted production.

• Ensure finished goods dispatch meets quantity, quality, and internal compliance standards.

• Manage factory petty cash and daily expenses, including logistics-related costs, for cost control.

• Supervise assistand store and production officers to ensure operational efficiency.

• Report stock variance, quality issues, delivery status, and expenses to management.
