Experience:
Bachelor’s Degree in Leather Engineering, Footwear Engineering, or a related discipline.
Candidates with an educational background in Leather Engineering or Footwear Engineering will be highly preferred.
Strong knowledge of footwear manufacturing processes, materials, construction, and quality standards.
Excellent knowledge of footwear quality inspection, defect identification, and analysis.
Strong leadership and team-management skills.
Good communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work under pressure and achieve quality and production targets.
Strong decision-making and troubleshooting capabilities.
Experience Requirements
Minimum 5–8 years of relevant experience in the footwear manufacturing industry.
Experience in Quality Assurance / Quality Control in an export-oriented footwear factory will be preferred.
Candidates with experience working with international buyers and export-oriented footwear production will receive preference.

Job Summary
ARS Footwear Limited is looking for an experienced and competent Quality Manager to lead and manage the overall Quality Assurance (QA) and Quality Control (QC) activities of its footwear manufacturing facility. The selected candidate will be responsible for ensuring product quality, meeting buyer requirements, minimizing defects and rejection, and effectively managing the quality team.
Job Responsibilities
Manage and supervise overall QA and QC activities of the footwear factory.
Ensure product quality according to buyer requirements, specifications, and company standards.
Monitor quality at every stage, from raw materials and components to finished footwear.
Identify quality issues and conduct root-cause analysis.
Implement appropriate Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPA) to prevent recurring quality issues.
Develop and maintain effective quality control procedures and inspection systems.
Monitor production processes to ensure consistent product quality.
Minimize defects, rework, rejection, and customer complaints through effective quality management.
Coordinate with Production, Merchandising, R&D, IE, and other relevant departments.
Conduct regular quality inspections and maintain necessary quality records and reports.
Handle buyer quality requirements, inspections, audits, and quality-related issues.
Lead, train, and develop the quality team to achieve departmental quality targets.
Ensure compliance with applicable quality standards and buyer requirements.
Prepare and submit regular quality performance reports to management.
