• Excellent proficiency in Mandarin (spoken and written).

• Good command over English and Bangla.

Experience Requirements

• 1 to 2 years of working experience as a Chinese Interpreter in a factory, garments, or industrial setup.

ARS Footwear Limited, a 100% export-oriented footwear manufacturing company, is looking for a smart, energetic, and responsible Chinese Interpreter to bridge communication between Chinese and Bangladeshi management, engineers, and production teams.

The candidate will play a key role in ensuring smooth communication, supporting technical understanding, and assisting foreign experts in factory operations. This position requires accuracy, patience, and professionalism.

Job Location: Rampur, Burichang, Cumilla

Key Responsibilities

• Interpret verbal communication accurately between Chinese and Bangladeshi staff during meetings, training, and daily factory operations.
• Translate documents, manuals, and emails from Chinese to English/Bangla and vice versa.
• Provide language support to Chinese technical and production experts on the factory floor.
• Assist in coordinating daily production activities, quality control, and management discussions.
• Help ensure clear understanding of technical instructions, production processes, and compliance requirements.
• Support Chinese management with administrative or HR-related communication.
• Maintain confidentiality and professional conduct at all times.
• Assist in cultural communication to promote better understanding and teamwork.
• Assist HR and management in coordinating with Chinese employees and visitors.
