Experience:

• Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Computer Science
• Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Information Technology
• Diploma in Computer
• Diploma in Engineering in Information Technology

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline.

• Certifications in Networking (e.g., CCNA, CompTIA) will be considered an advantage.

• 2 to 3 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Tannery/Footwear

• Strong knowledge of networking (LAN/WAN) and hardware troubleshooting.

• Ability to configure and manage basic network devices.

• Familiarity with Microsoft Office applications and Windows OS.

• Good communication and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to work independently and under pressure.

Experience Requirements

• Minimum 2 to 3 years of relevant experience.

• Applicants with experience in the Footwear or any manufacturing industry will be given preference

ARS Footwear Limited, a 100% export-oriented footwear factory, is looking for skilled and proactive IT professionals to join our team. The ideal candidate should have sound knowledge of network setup, hardware troubleshooting, and day-to-day IT support within a factory or office environment.

Job Location: Rampur, Burichang, Cumilla

Responsibilities:

• Mail Service Maintain

• All Kinds of Server Maintain.

• Antivirus Service Maintain

• MAP (Data shared) Server Maintain

• FTP Server Maintain & Other Server Maintain

• Provide IT support to end user for their Desktop, Laptop, E- mail, Wi-Fi, Printer, Modem, scanner, Fax & others IT equipment.

• Design, implement and maintain Network system LAN, WAN, Internet Security, VPN, Internet Connectivity Product Switch, Mikrotik router, Firewall, Storage Backup, Access control)

• Monitor IT network System to maintain smooth/uninterrupted operations including LAN/WAN

• Install & Configure windows10 and 11, windows server and Monitor to maintain server DNS, Active directory, file server, web server, FTP, TCP/IP

• Setup NVR/DVR, Maintain and ensure recording of IP camera & CCTV.

• Configure and install Router, Switch, Wi-Fi, windows Servers.

• Must be technically sound on troubleshooting and resolving hardware, software and connectivity problems and determine the source of computer problems and provide possible solutions.

• Ensure data backup system is maintained while administering disaster recovery plan

• Maintain documentation for departmental work. Purchase of IT equipment.
