• Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Electrical & Electronic Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Eng & Production, Chemical Technical/Engineering
• Bangladesh University of Engineering and Technology,Khulna University of Engineering and Technology,Rajshahi University of Engineering and Technology,Chittagong University of Engineering and Technology students will get preference

1. Execute the production plan and ensure achievement of shift-wise targets by providing necessary technical and engineering support in line with the Annual Business Plan (ABP).

2. Ensure all operations are carried out as per process instructions and maintain documentation in accordance with company policies and standards.

3. Optimize output per man shift (OMS) in line with approved targets and the overall business plan.

4. Coordinate with Quality Control, Engineering & Technology, and other related sections to ensure product quality as per defined standards and SOPs.

5. Ensure active participation in implementing QCC, Lean-Six Sigma, TPM & TQM.

6. Motivate and engage the workforce to enhance productivity, teamwork, and operational discipline.

7. Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and management directives in alignment with relevant standards such as ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001 and other standard and statutory requirements as applicable.

8. Maintain and update production-related data in ERP.

9. Participate in energy-saving, cost-reduction, scrap reduction, productivity enhancement and equipment improvement related projects.

10. Ensure continuous improvement in production processes, safety practices, and team capability.
