• Diploma in Glass & Ceramic Technology

• Age At least 25 years

• Conduct quality inspection and testing of raw materials, in-process products, and finished goods to ensure compliance with company standards.

• Monitor and maintain quality control parameters across production processes.

• Perform laboratory testing, maintain test records, and prepare quality reports.

• Identify quality issues, recommend corrective and preventive actions, and support continuous process improvement.

• Coordinate with Production, R&D, Engineering, and Procurement to ensure consistent product quality and raw material compliance.

• Supervise inspection activities and provide technical guidance to QC personnel.

• Ensure product specifications, glaze application, and green product quality meet approved standards.

• Maintain all QC registers, laboratory records, and testing documentation.

• Submit weekly and monthly quality reports to the QC In-Charge.

• Ensure compliance with applicable quality standards, company policies, and management directives.

• Perform any other duties assigned by the management.
