Responsibilities & Context:
Developing and implementing detailed schedules to meet demand while optimizing resource use.
Directly supervising technical stages such as raw material sifting, precise weighing, high-speed blending and moisture-controlled packaging.
Ensuring all batches meet strict food safety standards (Like GMP, HACCP, ISO, BSTI) to prevent cross-contamination or inconsistent flavoring.
Managing a workforce of machine operators and technicians, training on specialized powder equipment and performance reviews.
Working with engineering teams to organize routine maintenance for specialized machinery like ribbon blenders, spray dryers and pouch-filling machines.
