Education:

• Master of Business Administration (MBA)

• Education: M.Com / MBA in Accounting or Finance from a reputed university. Candidates with CA Course Completion (CA-CC) will be given preference.

• Age At least 24 years

• Experience: Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply. No prior experience is mandatory.

• Technical Skills: Advanced proficiency in MS Word and MS Excel. Hands-on familiarity with accounting software (such as Tally. ERP 9 / TallyPrime) is desirable.

• Soft Skills: Strong numerical accuracy, excellent written and verbal communication skills, and the resilience to work effectively under factory-floor pressure.
