• Educational qualifications may be relaxed for exceptionally experienced candidates

• Experience: 3 to 5 years of solid, hands-on floor supervision experience in a reputed textile dyeing, processing, or printing setup.

• Core Skills: Exceptional eye for detecting subtle color variances and printing defects; robust local labor management and leadership capabilities.

• Flexibility: Willingness to work in rotating Day and Night operational shifts

Job Context:

Khadiza Textile Processing and Printing Industries Ltd. is seeking active, dynamic, and experienced Production / Floor Supervisors for the factory floor operations in Shyampur, Dhaka. Selected candidates will be responsible for directly managing the dyeing, processing, and printing workforce to achieve daily production targets efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

• Production Supervision: Oversee day-to-day operations across fabric dyeing, multiple printing systems and final fabric finishing processes.

• Color & Quality Control: Match fabric color shades and print alignment accurately against buyer samples and laboratory dip standards.

• Workforce Coordination: Supervise floor operators, helpers, and general workers; delegate daily shifts and production targets while maintaining strict plant discipline.

• Resource Optimization: Monitor consumption of chemicals, dyes, and materials to proactively eliminate floor wastage.

• Defect Mitigation: Identify and rectify processing errors such as fabric staining, color bleeding, uneven coloration, and misprints at an early stage.

• Machine Upkeep: Ensure all dyeing and finishing machinery operates efficiently; report technical or mechanical breakdowns immediately to the engineering and maintenance teams.

• Shift Reporting: Compile and submit precise daily production reports to the Production Manager
