Good knowledge of Bangladesh Labor Law, BSCI, SEDEX, WRAP, GOTS., OCS, RCS, GRS and RSC requirements.
Experience in garments/textile industry is an advantage.
Good knowledge of fire prevention, emergency response, and safety compliance.
Must be good command of spoken and written English.Strong communication and leadership skills.
Responsibilities & Context:
Ensure compliance with local labor laws and buyer Codes of Conduct.
Prepare and coordinate social compliance audits (BSCI, RSC, SEDEX, WRAP, etc.).
Maintain compliance-related documents and records.
Conduct internal compliance inspections and identify corrective actions.
Monitor health & safety, fire safety, and environmental compliance.
Organize worker awareness programs and compliance training.
Coordinate with buyers, auditors, and relevant government authorities.
Follow up on CAP (Corrective Action Plan) and ensure timely implementation.
Prepare compliance reports for management.
Knowledge about RSC related work,
Experience to handle all Kind of compliance related issues,
