Responsibilities & Context:
Operate and manage Tally ERP software for daily accounting and transaction entries.
Maintain and update daily cash book, Ledger, Journal entries, Receipt & Payment entries, and reconciliation reports.
Maintain and preparing related to finance & accounts.
Maintained Daily Occurred bill (Transport, Lunch, Tiffin, and Conveyance & Night) and other related bill.
Recorded all expenses to ERP software.
Prepared daily monthly payment expenditure report.
Follow-up and factory jule sales & properly record keeping
Preparing the accounts reports & submitting it to the head department & management.
