Experience:

Sound knowledge of inventory management and warehouse operations.
Familiarity with FIFO, FEFO, stock reconciliation, and inventory control procedures.
Knowledge of cold storage and frozen food handling practices.
Proficiency in MS Excel, ERP, and inventory management software.

Saidowla Private Enterprise (Ltd.) is looking for a competent and detail-oriented Store Officer for its Frozen Fish Processing Factory. The position is responsible for managing all store and warehouse activities, including receiving, storing, issuing, and maintaining accurate inventory records of raw materials, packaging materials, finished goods, spare parts, and consumables. The incumbent will ensure proper stock control, cold storage management, and compliance with food safety and company policies while supporting uninterrupted production operations.
Maintain accurate records of all inventory transactions including receipts, issues, transfers, and returns.
Receive, inspect, and verify incoming materials against purchase orders and delivery documents.
Ensure proper storage of frozen fish products, raw materials, packaging materials, and consumables.
Monitor stock levels and coordinate with Procurement and Production departments for timely replenishment.
Manage cold storage inventory and maintain required storage conditions.
Implement FIFO (First In First Out) and FEFO (First Expired First Out) inventory systems.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly inventory reports.
Conduct regular stock counts and physical inventory verification.
Investigate and report inventory discrepancies and take corrective actions.
Ensure proper documentation of Goods Received Notes (GRN), Store Requisition Notes (SRN), Delivery Challans, and stock registers.
Coordinate with Production, Quality Assurance, and Logistics departments for smooth material flow.
Maintain cleanliness, safety, and organization of store and warehouse areas.
Assist during internal and external audits.
Monitor inventory turnover and minimize stock losses, damages, and wastage.
Ensure compliance with company policies, food safety standards, and warehouse management procedures.
