. Experience in managing commercial bakery operation in a retail & wholesale
. Exceptional knowledge of preparing various bakery & pastry goods
. Immense ability to work on weekend, holiday and overtime.
. Good understanding of commercial bakery production operations.
. Food cost management and streamline labor cost.
. Developing specifics needs recopies.
. Supervise and coach direct reports in the performance of their duties; provide direct feedback to employees
. Must support and comply with the requirements defined within the contents of GMPs, HACCP, and food safety programs.
