Responsibilities & Context:
Oasis Services (Agro) Ltd. is looking for a dynamic and self-motivated Production Manager (Quality Control) for its Japan Bangla Organic Fertilizer manufacturing plant.
Responsibilities:
• Plan, organize and supervise daily production activities.
• Ensure product quality through effective Quality Control (QC) procedures.
• Monitor raw materials, production process and finished products.
• Maintain production records, QC reports and documentation.
• Ensure compliance with SOPs, safety and environmental regulations.
• Coordinate with Production, Warehouse, Procurement and Maintenance teams.
• Lead and train production staff to achieve production targets.
• Identify quality issues and implement corrective actions.
• Improve production efficiency and reduce wastage.
• Prepare daily, weekly and monthly production reports.
