1. Drive Business Growth and Sales Performance

   • Develop and execute business strategies to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.

   • Monitor sales performance and implement initiatives to maximize revenue, profitability, and market share.

2. Lead End-to-End Business Operations

   • Oversee all manufacturing, supply chain, and retail operations to ensure operational excellence.

   • Ensure effective coordination across production, inventory, logistics, and retail while maintaining quality, compliance, and efficiency.

3. Expand Corporate and Retail Business

   • Drive corporate sales, strengthen key customer relationships, and grow recurring business.

   • Improve retail performance through effective sales strategies, superior customer experience, and new business development.

4. Oversee Financial Management

   • Ensure accurate financial records, budgeting, cash flow management, and profitability analysis.

   • Maintain compliance with accounting standards, taxation, internal controls, and audit requirements while providing financial insights to management.

5. Build and Strengthen the Brand

   • Develop and execute branding and marketing strategies to enhance market presence and customer trust.

   • Ensure consistent brand standards across all products, outlets, marketing communications, and digital platforms.

6. Lead Product Development and Innovation

   • Drive new product development and continuous improvement of existing products based on customer insights and market trends.

   • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative, high-quality, and profitable product offerings.

7. Monitor Business Performance and Reporting

   • Prepare and present weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual business performance reports.

   • Analyze KPIs, sales trends, and operational performance, and recommend strategic actions to achieve business objectives.
