Previous experience in production floor or factory management is preferred.
Strong leadership and team-management skills.
Good communication and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to work under pressure and manage shifts effectively.
Responsibilities & Context:
Supervise and monitor daily activities on the production floor.
Manage and coordinate operators, line leaders, and production workers.
Ensure production targets are achieved according to the production plan.
Monitor production quality, efficiency, and workflow.
Manage manpower and shift arrangements effectively.
Maintain discipline and ensure compliance with company rules and regulations.
Identify and resolve production-related issues promptly.
Prepare daily production reports and provide updates to management.
Ensure proper implementation of workplace safety, hygiene, and operational procedures.
Coordinate with the Production, HR, Quality, and Maintenance teams when required.
