Skills Required: Additional Requirements: - Experience: Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in QC / R&D laboratory (Experience in Paints, Sealers, Wall Putty, Primers, Construction Chemicals, Admixtures & Coatings manufacturing is highly preferred).

- Key Competencies: Practical knowledge in raw material testing & chemical, paint, sealer, putty formulation, proficiency in MS Office & Email correspondence, strong analytical mindset, and effective communication skills.

Department: Quality Control, Research & Development (R&D) & Production
JOB LOCATION: Ashulia, Savar (Factory)
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Raw Material Testing & Evaluation: Inspect, test, and evaluate incoming chemical raw materials used in manufacturing paints, primers, sealers, wall putty, PCE and other construction admixtures, chemicals & coatings to ensure strict adherence to quality specifications.
- In-Process & Finished Product QC: Perform comprehensive quality control tests IPC, BMR-BPR checking on in-process batches and finished products to ensure consistent performance, shade matching, viscosity, and durability.
- Formulation Development & Improvement: Assist in developing new products and continuously improving existing paint, sealer, primer, and wall putty formulations for cost optimization and enhanced quality.
- Laboratory & Technical Documentation: Prepare and maintain updated Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), analytical test formats, laboratory records, batch test reports, and certificate of analysis (COA).
- Equipment Calibration & Maintenance: Calibrate, operate, and maintain laboratory testing equipment and instruments to ensure high accuracy and compliance with safety standards.
- Production Coordination & Process Assurance: Coordinate closely with the factory production team to supervise batch mixing, resolve technical quality issues, and guarantee consistent product standards.
