Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Bengali;
Outstanding telephonic communication skills with a clear, professional, and engaging vocal tone;
Proficiency in Email Correspondence, MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and web research/browsing;

Job Description/Responsibility:
Conduct regular market surveys and extensive market research to identify new trends and opportunities;
Engage in telemarketing with existing clients/customers while actively searching for and acquiring new clients;
Manage, optimize, and regularly update all corporate social media accounts and digital platforms including the company website, official email channels, Facebook, LinkedIn, X, Instagram, YouTube, and Google to enhance brand equity and engagement;
Ensure steady growth in sales revenue through strategic planning, resource deployment, and effective execution;
Leverage deep knowledge of social media platforms to effectively drive brand promotion, audience growth, and community engagement;
Plan, execute, and analyze audience targeting strategies using On-Page, Off-Page, and Technical SEO to boost search rankings;
Prepare and maintain comprehensive client databases to support future sales and marketing planning;
Prepare and submit accurate daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports to management;
Demonstrate the ability to work effectively under pressure, achieve sales targets, consistently engage in social marketing, and maintain robust follow-ups with clients;
Strong ability to focus on customer requirements & market trends, taking proactive initiatives to drive sales growth;
Perform any other relevant tasks or duties as assigned by the reporting boss /management;
