• Quickly identifying and resolving material, quality, or construction issues during development·       

• Successfully balancing and prioritizing accounts with differing regional needs and timelines without service gaps

Responsibilities & Context:

Job Context:

Executive-Product, Design Lab to manage and develop the product portfolio across multiple international accounts by driving product development, material innovation, and technical compliance for footwear/apparel products, ensuring products meet each market's distinct aesthetic, quality, and performance standards while achieving delivery timelines.

Job Responsibilities:

• Support day-to-day coordination with internal teams (material development, sourcing, QA, production) for assigned accounts

• Assist in preparing and maintaining tech packs, spec sheets, and sample development trackers

• Follow up with vendors/suppliers on sample submissions, material approvals, and testing status

• Maintain accurate records of development stages, approvals, and revisions for each style/account

• Coordinate sample shipments and ensure timely dispatch to brand partners

• Assist in costing sheets and basic vendor price comparisons under supervision

• Track development calendars and flag potential delays to the Assistant Manager

• Support quality checks and documentation of test reports/compliance certificates

• Prepare basic reports, trackers, and presentations for internal review

• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to resolve routine queries and follow-ups

• Assist in organizing and achieving product development data, images, and samples
