Responsibilities & Context:
1. Operations & Production Scheduling
Process Oversight: Direct daily operations for roasting, winnowing, grinding, conching, tempering, and molding.
Schedule Attainment: Plan and execute production runs based on sales forecasts and inventory targets.
Efficiency (OEE): Optimize Overall Equipment Effectiveness to reduce machinery downtime and bottlenecks.
