• Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Food Engineering/Food Science & Technology/Food Science & Nutrition/Chemistry

• 3 to 5 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Food (Packaged)/Beverage

• Age At most 35 years
• Only Male

• B.Sc./M.Sc. in Food Engineering, Food Science & Technology, Food Science & Nutrition or Chemistry from a reputed university

• Minimum 3–5 years' experience in Food Quality Control/Quality Assurance in FMCG; Toll/Contract Manufacturing experience preferred

• Knowledge of ISO 22000/FSSC 22000, HACCP, GMP, GHP, BSTI and BFSA regulations

• Experience in laboratory testing, documentation, audit management

• Excellent knowledge on MS Office application suite

• Monitor production from raw material receiving to finished product dispatch.

• Conduct in-process inspections and verify compliance with approved specifications.

• Inspect and approve raw materials and packaging materials before use.

• Review laboratory results and release/reject products based on specifications.

• Ensure compliance with ISO 22000/FSSC 22000, HACCP, GMP, HALAL, BSTI and BFSA requirements.

• Maintain BMR, BPR, SOPs, inspection reports, CAPA and quality records.

• Participate in internal, customer and certification audits.

• Investigate quality deviations and customer complaints and implement CAPA.

• Coordinate with Production, R&D, Procurement, Warehouse and Toll Manufacturing teams.

• Support continuous quality improvement initiatives.
