Preferable age below 45 years
Minimum 5 years of experience in TB and public health programs, including private sector engagement and field operations
Excellent documentation and communication skills in report writing and presentation
Skills in private sector engagement in public health related project implementation
Hard working and ability to work under pressure
Good in MS Office application suite
A valid motorcycle driving license and ownership or regular access to a functional motorbike are mandatory
Responsibilities & Context:
The incumbent will be responsible implementing TB program activities at district and sub-district levels.
Engaging and monitoring TB service providers to ensure effective service delivery.
Referring and following up presumptive and confirmed TB patients.
Coordinating with GoB facilities and implementing partners.
Supporting training sessions for field-level stakeholders as required.
Ensuring accurate and timely reporting of program activities.
Maintaining program quality standards in all field-level interventions.
