- Oversee and manage all factory operations to ensure smooth and efficient production.

- Plan, organize, and monitor daily production activities to achieve production targets.

- Ensure compliance with GMP, HACCP, Food Safety, and company quality standards.

- Optimize production processes to improve productivity and reduce operational costs.

- Supervise production staff, provide leadership, and evaluate employee performance.

- Coordinate preventive maintenance of machinery and equipment.

- Ensure workplace safety and compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.

- Prepare production reports and submit them to senior management.

- Work closely with Quality Assurance, Supply Chain, and other departments to achieve organizational goals.
