Responsibilities & Context:
Assist in planning and organizing daily production activities to meet targets efficiently.
Set up production lines and machinery based on manpower planning and material availability.
Monitor production processes closely to ensure full compliance with standard operating procedures
Check the production quality of Steel structures according to Shop Drawings and AWS standards.
Maintain accurate production logs and prepare reports (including machine downtime, utilization, and material consumption).
Inspect machinery during operations and guide the technical team to troubleshoot and fix issues.
Ensure a safe working environment by strictly following factory health and safety guidelines (EHS).
Manage any additional duties or ad-hoc tasks assigned by the department head.
