B.Sc. / M.Sc. in Food Engineering / Chemistry / Applied Chemistry or a related discipline from a recognized university.

• Age 40 to 40 years

• 5–8 years of proven experience in food manufacturing, specifically in the Sweets, Dairy, Bakery, or Pastry industry.

• Strong knowledge of production planning, process optimization, food safety, and manufacturing operations.

• Hands-on experience in managing production teams and achieving production targets.

• Excellent leadership, problem-solving, planning, and communication skills.

• Experience with ERP systems and Microsoft Office will be considered an added advantage.

• Lead and manage the overall production operations for Sweets, Dairy, Bakery, and Pastry products.

• Develop production plans and strategies to achieve production targets while ensuring product quality, food safety, and cost efficiency.

• Ensure optimum utilization of manpower, machinery, raw materials, and production resources.

• Monitor daily production performance and implement corrective actions to improve productivity and reduce production losses.

• Coordinate closely with Quality Control, Maintenance, Procurement, Warehouse, and Supply Chain teams to ensure smooth production operations.

• Ensure full compliance with GMP, HACCP, ISO 22000, and all food safety and hygiene standards.

• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance production efficiency, reduce waste, and optimize manufacturing processes.

• Monitor production KPIs, prepare operational reports, and present performance updates to senior management.

• Lead, coach, and develop production teams while fostering a high-performance work culture.

• Ensure timely delivery of production schedules while maintaining the highest standards of product quality and operational excellence.
