• Only Male

• Experience in Water Pumps, Industrial Pumps, Submersible Pumps, Agricultural Pumps, Motors, Mechanical Equipment, HVAC, Engineering Products, or Industrial Machinery is highly preferred.

• Proven experience in developing and managing nationwide service operations or after-sales business will be an added advantage.

Business Development & Strategy

• Develop and execute business strategies to establish and expand the Pump Service business nationwide.

• Identify new business opportunities, service offerings, market segments, and revenue streams in the pump service industry.

• Prepare business plans, feasibility studies, investment proposals, and profitability analyses for new service initiatives.

• Design and implement long-term growth strategies aligned with the company's business objectives.

Service Network Development

• Develop and expand an authorized service center network across the country.

• Identify, evaluate, and onboard service partners, franchisees, and technical service providers.

• Ensure consistent customer service quality and compliance with company policies.

After-Sales Service & Customer Experience

• Develop customer-centric after-sales service programs to improve customer satisfaction and retention.

• Introduce preventive maintenance contracts (AMC), warranty management, and value-added service solutions.

• Analyze customer feedback and implement continuous service improvement initiatives.

Business Operations & Commercial Management

• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Supply Chain, Finance, and Technical teams to ensure smooth service operations.

• Develop pricing strategies for service charges, spare parts, maintenance packages, and warranty services.

• Monitor service profitability, operational efficiency, and business performance, recommending corrective actions where necessary.

Spare Parts & Supply Chain Coordination

• Coordinate with Procurement and Supply Chain teams to ensure the availability of critical spare parts and service materials.

• Optimize spare parts planning, inventory management, and distribution to minimize service turnaround time.

Performance & Business Analytics

• Prepare periodic business reports, dashboards, and management presentations.

• Utilize market intelligence and business analytics to identify growth opportunities and operational improvements.

Stakeholder & Vendor Management

• Build and maintain strong relationships with dealers, distributors, institutional customers, OEMs, and service partners.

• Negotiate commercial agreements and service contracts with business partners and key customers.

• Stay updated with emerging technologies, industry trends, and best practices in the pump service and after-sales business.
