• Must be willing and mentally prepared to work on a three-shift rotational duty schedule.

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Quality Assistant Officer / Officer with hands-on experience in a textile dyeing factory. Candidates should have sound knowledge of quality control, fabric inspection, and dyeing processes.

• Monitor and ensure fabric quality throughout the dyeing and finishing processes.

• Conduct in-process and final fabric inspections in accordance with customer and company quality standards.

• Identify, analyze, and report quality defects, and follow up on corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).

• Ensure compliance with buyer requirements, SOPs, and quality management systems.

• Coordinate with Production, Dyeing, Finishing, and Laboratory teams to resolve quality issues.

• Review inspection reports and maintain accurate quality records and documentation.

• Monitor shade, appearance, GSM, width, shrinkage, color fastness, and other quality parameters.

• Handle customer complaints related to quality and support root cause analysis.

• Participate in internal quality audits and continuous improvement initiatives.

• Train and guide quality inspectors and operators on quality standards and inspection methods.

• Ensure all testing and inspection activities are completed on time to support production and shipment schedules.

• Perform any other quality-related duties assigned by management.
