• Bachelor/Honors
• Masters

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Medical Technology, Biochemistry, Biotechnology, Microbiology, Pharmacy, or a related Life Science discipline.

• MBA (Marketing) will be an added advantage.

• 5 to 7 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Medical Equipment

• Age At least 23 years

Experience Requirements

• 5-7 years of experience in product management, sales, or marketing of Immunology and Biochemistry laboratory diagnostic products.

• Strong knowledge of IVD instruments, reagents, and laboratory workflows.

• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.

Additional Requirements

• Willing to travel across Bangladesh.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

• Strong leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

• Develop and implement marketing and sales strategies for Immunology and Biochemistry products.

• Provide product training and technical support to the sales team and customers.

• Conduct market analysis, competitor analysis, and identify new business opportunities.

• Manage product launches, promotional activities, and product positioning.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, laboratories, hospitals, and distributors.

• Coordinate with suppliers and internal departments to ensure product availability and customer satisfaction.

• Achieve sales targets and support business growth.
