Experience:

• Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Microbiology

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Microbiology or a relevant discipline from a recognized university.

• At least 3 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Medical Equipment

• Minimum 3 (three) years of relevant experience in sales, application, or technical support.

• Experience in medical equipment, diagnostics, or laboratory products will be preferred.

• Strong communication and presentation skills.

• Willingness to travel as required.

• Proficiency in MS Office.

• Self-motivated and target-oriented mindset.

Job Location:

Dhaka (whole country as per opportunities)

Job Responsibilities:

• Provide application support and technical guidance for microbiology-related medical equipment. (Blood culture, Urine Culture, of ID-AST)

• Assist the sales team with product demonstrations, presentations, and customer training.

• Support pre-sales and post-sales activities including installation and application troubleshooting.

• Maintain regular communication with hospitals, laboratories, and diagnostic centers.

• Prepare application reports and coordinate with principals/vendors when required.
