  • Additional Requirements

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and other MS Office applications.

  • Basic knowledge of accounting software will be an advantage.

Responsibilities & Context:
  • Accounts

  • Maintain daily accounting records, vouchers, invoices, and ledgers.

  • Prepare bills, payment vouchers, and receive vouchers.

  • Monitor accounts receivable and payable.

  • Reconcile bank statements and petty cash transactions.

  • Assist in preparing financial reports and statements.

  • Maintain proper documentation of all financial records.

  • Assist with VAT, Tax, and compliance-related matters.

  • Administration

  • Manage office administration and daily operational activities.

  • Maintain office files, records, and correspondence.

  • Coordinate office supplies, inventory, and vendor management.

  • Monitor employee attendance, leave records, and office discipline.

  • Assist management with administrative and HR-related tasks.

  • Coordinate meetings, travel arrangements, and company events.

  • Liaise with external stakeholders, suppliers, and service providers.
