• Technical Diploma in Plastics Technology, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.

• 3–7 years of experience operating and maintaining thermoforming machines in a plastic manufacturing environment.

• Strong technical knowledge of thermoforming processes, machine setup, operation, and troubleshooting.

• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and production documents.

• Knowledge of workplace safety standards, quality control procedures, and preventive maintenance.

• Strong problem-solving, decision-making, and communication skills.

• Ability to work effectively in a team and lead production activities when required.

• Basic computer skills for production reporting and documentation.
