  • Familiarity with buyer testing requirements and international testing standards.Strong analytical, documentation, and problem-solving skills.

  • Good communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team.

  • Must be willing and mentally prepared to work on a three-shift rotational duty schedule.



Responsibilities & Context:

We are seeking an experienced Officer- Testing Laboratory with hands-on experience in a textile dyeing factory. The ideal candidate should have sound knowledge of textile testing procedures, laboratory equipment, and buyer quality standards.

  • Perform physical and chemical testing of dyed fabrics in accordance with buyer and international testing standards.

  • Conduct tests such as color fastness, shrinkage, GSM, pH, dimensional stability, tensile strength, and other required fabric tests.

  • Operate, maintain, and calibrate laboratory testing equipment.

  • Prepare and maintain accurate test reports and laboratory records.

  • Verify test results and ensure compliance with customer specifications and quality standards.

  • Coordinate with the Dyeing, Finishing, Quality, and Production teams to resolve quality-related issues.

  • Support root cause analysis and corrective actions for laboratory and quality issues.

  • Ensure compliance with laboratory SOPs, safety requirements, and quality management systems.

  • Assist during buyer audits and internal quality audits.

  • Perform any other laboratory-related duties assigned by management.
