Responsibilities & Context:
Develop the quality standard, rules and regulations for achieving the quality of the garments.
Follow up and ensure production quality from fabric/accessories to finishing and meet on time shipment schedule without fail.
Manage quality platform and attend each inspection with positive results. Conducting pre-production meeting before production start.
Monitor in-line, end-line, and final inspection processes to ensure defect-free production.
Inline inspection findings should be discussed with respective Production, IE & QA team to get the corrective actions.
Understanding fully the Quality System for woven fabric & Garments.
Provide regular training to high-quality staff to enhance their technical skills and awareness.
Attend pre-production meetings and ensure all quality-related aspects are clarified and implemented.
Communicate with buyers’ QA representatives and manage their inspections and feedback.
Ensure product quality as per customer quality standard. Should be able to develop the expectation level of finish products and assure its quality.
Follow up the running orders quality issues and give the guide line to the subordinates.
Coordination with buying QC and give them proper support in all quality related matter. Perform any technical audit for all buyers.
Follow up and maintain all quality related reports.
Any other job assigned by the management.
