Additional RequirementsStrong expertise in Industrial Engineering, Method Study, Time Study, Line Balancing, and Productivity Improvement.
Hands-on experience with Cost per SMV Simulation and Engineering Tolerance Modeling.
Sound knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, Lean Six Sigma, and Continuous Improvement methodologies.
Practical experience in GSD, GST, PMTS, or other predetermined motion time systems.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret manufacturing data.
Knowledge of AI applications and digital manufacturing technologies will be considered an advantage.
Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Power BI, and engineering analytics tools is preferred.
We are looking for a highly experienced Deputy Manager – Industrial Engineering (IE) to lead engineering governance, process optimization, and operational excellence in a modern woven garments manufacturing environment. The successful candidate will drive productivity improvement, engineering standardization, capacity optimization, and digital transformation initiatives while leading a team of Industrial Engineering professionals.
Lead the overall Industrial Engineering function, including Costing, Capacity Planning, Process Engineering, and Manufacturing Data Analytics.
Develop, implement, and maintain engineering standards, operation bulletins, line layouts, Kanban systems, and process documentation.
Drive productivity improvement initiatives through method study, time study, work measurement, and line balancing.
Analyze production bottlenecks and implement sustainable solutions to improve efficiency and reduce manufacturing costs.
Conduct Smart Gemba Walks to identify process improvement opportunities and operational losses.
Monitor engineering KPIs, productivity dashboards, and performance analytics to support informed decision-making.
Lead continuous improvement initiatives using Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, and Industrial Engineering tools.
Collaborate with Production, Planning, Quality, and Maintenance teams to ensure smooth production flow.
Mentor and develop the Industrial Engineering team to strengthen technical capabilities and operational performance.
Support digital transformation and AI-driven manufacturing initiatives to enhance operational excellence.
