• Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Industrial Eng & Production

• B.Sc. in Industrial & Production Engineering (IPE) from a reputed university.

• Age At least 28 years

• Strong knowledge of Industrial Engineering methodologies.

• Practical experience in Lean Manufacturing and Continuous Improvement.

• Knowledge of GSD, GST, PMTS, or similar work measurement systems.

• Lean Six Sigma certification will be considered an advantage.

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and data interpretation skills.

• Familiarity with Artificial Intelligence applications in manufacturing is highly desirable.

• Excellent communication, presentation, and teamwork skills.

• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

We are looking for a proactive and analytical Senior Executive – Strategic Industrial Engineering & Technology (SIET) to join our Industrial Engineering team. The incumbent will play a key role in developing next-generation manufacturing systems, validating innovative engineering solutions, and driving operational excellence through technology, lean practices, and digital transformation.

• Research, design, and develop advanced manufacturing systems and engineering standards.

• Conduct pilot projects and line trials to validate new manufacturing concepts before factory implementation.

• Transfer validated operating systems and engineering frameworks to the Industrial Engineering team for execution.

• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity, cost efficiency, and manufacturing agility.

• Analyze production data to identify improvement opportunities and recommend sustainable solutions.

• Support Lean Manufacturing, Industrial Engineering, and process optimization initiatives.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement engineering innovations.

• Utilize AI and digital technologies to improve manufacturing performance and decision-making.

• Prepare technical reports, presentations, and process documentation.

• Perform any other responsibilities assigned by management.
