• Age 25 to 50 years

• Oversee pre-production activities including fabric, trims & accessories inspection to ensure quality compliance before bulk production.

• Develop and approve sample garments (proto, fit, PP sample, size set) as per buyer specifications.

• Analyze garment construction, SMV, and machine layout for efficient line setup.

• Coordinate with Merchandising, Pattern, Cutting, Sewing, and Finishing departments to resolve technical issues.

• Conduct pre-production meetings (PP Meeting) with buyer QA and internal teams before line start.

• Ensure correct machine and workstation setup (SPI, needle, thread, folder, attachment) as per style requirement.

• Monitor and troubleshoot quality issues arising from technical faults & Guide to solve bottle neck area (measurement, construction, seam, etc.).

• Guide Operation breakdown, method study, and line balancing for new styles with IE Team.

• Review buyer's Tech Pack, size chart, and construction sheet; raise queries/clarifications where needed.

• Train and develop supervisors, line QCs, and mechanics on technical standards.

• Support R&D on new fabric/trims trial and washing/finishing technical requirements.

• Ensure compliance with buyer's technical and quality standards (AQL, measurement tolerance).

• Make layout & provide RFT production with “0” changing over period.

• Folder, pattern & method development to reduce time

• Estimated costing have to PPD & machine for the new order with merchandiser & IE.

• Unnecessary manpower reduce by balancing layout

• Arrange method finalization meeting before starting bulk size set and provide active folder attachment as needed.
