Familiarity with local and international fabric mills and supplier networks.
Understanding of sustainable textiles, certifications, and market trends.
Responsibilities & Context:
Job Context
Renaissance Group is looking for an Executive, Fabric Sourcing to manage fabric sourcing and development activities by coordinating with local and international suppliers, ensuring timely material availability, maintaining quality standards, and supporting product development through market insights and sustainable sourcing.
Key Responsibilities
Source fabrics from local and international suppliers based on buyer requirements.
Coordinate fabric samples, swatches, lab dips, and development approvals with regular follow-up.
Ensure fabric quality development meets buyer specifications and standards.
Track fabric orders from booking to final delivery.
Resolve fabric quality issues, delays, shortages, and supplier-related concerns.
Stay updated on fabric trends, innovations, sustainable materials, and market prices.
