• Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Fashion Design & Technology

• 2 to 5 years

• Age 23 to 30 years

• Sound knowledge of knit and woven garment development and construction.

• Experience working with buyers from the US, EU, UK, Australian, and Canadian markets.

• Proficiency in ERP systems (Logic ERP preferred).

• Working knowledge of AI tools and 3D design software.

• Strong understanding of trend forecasting, garment construction, and fit analysis.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.

• Strong communication, coordination, and presentation skills.

Job Context

Renaissance Group is looking for a creative and detail-oriented Product Development Executive to support trend research, seasonal collection development, sample execution, and cross-functional coordination to deliver innovative, customer-focused apparel products.

Key Responsibilities

• Research fashion trends and support seasonal collection development.

• Develop products from concept to approval, including CADs, tech packs, and sample coordination.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and suppliers to ensure timely product development.

• Review samples and recommend improvements in fit, construction, and aesthetics.

• Maintain development documentation, presentations, and sample trackers.

• Support showroom setup and product presentations based on buyer requirements.
