Responsibilities & Context:
We are 100% export-oriented Knit Garments Factory looking for a dynamic Manager for CAD & Sample to lead the CAD & Sample Department.
Job location will be Zamgora, Ashulia, Savar.
Develop, implement and enforce CAD standards and organize the CAD environment.
Workout the most efficient consumption for all buyers' orders/styles using CAD.
Arrange style wise pattern designing and pattern grading to ensure zero error cutting.
Correspond with merchandisers to give marker consumption (external) and for booking fabric.
Verify & check the patterns to ensure accuracy of the measurements of the garments.
Maintain CAD document archive and retrieval for projects CAD Software inventory.
Evaluate staff performance, ensure floor discipline, identify training needs and manage their career development.
Provide training and supervise in-house CAD users.
Ensure cost reduction by achieving optimum efficiency of CAD, and making hundred percent accurate markers.
Carry out any other jobs as assigned from time to time.
Any other tasks as assigned by the management.
