  • Strong communication skills in English.     

  • Good knowledge of SAP.       

  • Proficient in MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, MS Word, and other relevant software.   

  • In-depth expertise in dyeing and finishing within the textile industry, as well as modern warehouse and supply chain management.   

  • Expertise in modern warehouse organization, labor handling, and implementing warehouse systems.    



Responsibilities & Context:
  • Lead and supervise MCD team members. Allocate work and task completion.

  • Supervise all functional activities related to raw material unloading.

  • Monitor unloading of hazardous chemicals to ensure proper handling and adherence to safety standards.

  • Ensure no chemical spillages occur and that Material Safety Data Sheets (MSDS) are available for all chemicals.

  • Check that all flammable chemical drums have bonded clips in place, especially during storms and thunder conditions.

  • Oversee the loading of finished goods into transport vans, ensuring secure packaging and accuracy in roll number tallies.

  • Verify that all export-related documentation is complete and accurate before goods are dispatched.

  • Monitor the proper check-in and check-out of all export vans to ensure smooth logistics flow. Supervise the receipt, storage, and issuance of all spare parts, including mechanical and electrical items.

  • Ensure timely monitoring and management of welfare items and printing stationery.

  • Ensure all Goods Receiving Advice (GRA) and Material Receiving Reports (MRR) are accurately recorded and maintained.

  • Monitor and verify all customer bills and delivery challans for completeness and accuracy.

  • Prepare for and support internal and external audits.

  • Conduct training sessions on chemical safety, handling protocols, and compliance practices.

  • Performing any other tasks assigned by superior management.
