1.Hands-on Odoo ERP experience (version 16 or later) in a manufacturing environment.

2.Working knowledge of Odoo Sales, Manufacturing, Inventory, Purchase, Quality, and Accounting modules.

3.At least one full ERP implementation cycle delivered from scoping through go-live and post go-live support.

4.Able to configure, administer, and support Odoo independently, without ongoing vendor dependence.

5.Strong communicator who can translate between technical teams and non-technical factory staff.

6.Comfortable working full-time on-site in a factory environment. Garment or textile industry experience is a plus.

1.Plan, supervise, and execute preventive and corrective maintenance of production machinery and equipment.

2.Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and control system issues to minimize machine downtime.

3.Prepare and implement preventive maintenance schedules and maintain maintenance records.

4.Coordinate with production teams to ensure maximum machine availability and efficiency.

5.Monitor machine performance and recommend improvements to increase reliability and productivity.

6.Coordinate with machine suppliers and external service providers for repairs, spare parts, and technical support.

7.Ensure compliance with workplace safety standards and maintenance best practices.

8.Support installation, commissioning, and modification of new machinery and equipment.
