• Strong knowledge of garment construction, AQL, quality systems, and buyer compliance standards.

• Excellent leadership, analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.

We are looking for an experienced and dynamic QA Manager / Senior Manager to lead the Quality Assurance function for our Woven Tops & Shirts unit. The incumbent will be responsible for ensuring product quality, meeting buyer requirements, and driving continuous quality improvement across the production process.

• Lead the overall Quality Assurance activities for Woven Tops & Shirts.

• Ensure compliance with buyer quality standards, AQL, and factory SOPs.

• Monitor inline, end-line, and final inspections to achieve Right First Time (RFT).

• Analyze quality issues and implement effective corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).

• Coordinate with Production, Merchandising, Technical, and IE teams to ensure quality and on-time shipment.

• Lead buyer audits and resolve quality-related concerns.

• Develop and mentor the QA team to achieve operational excellence.
